Want all incoming emails from your outreach campaigns delivered to your Gmail or Outlook inbox? Icemail makes it easy to forward messages directly to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email account.
This guide walks you through setting up email forwarding for any domain inside the Icemail platform.
What Is Email Forwarding?
Email Forwarding automatically redirects incoming emails from one address to another. It's especially useful when:
You want to centralize all email replies into your primary inbox (e.g., Gmail or Outlook)
You manage multiple outreach inboxes
You're using Icemail as a sending platform but prefer replying via your regular workspace
Steps to Set Up Email Forwarding in Icemail
Step 1: Open the Domains Dashboard
Log into your Icemail account and click on the “Domains” tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the Domain
Click on the domain you want to forward emails from. A settings sidebar will appear.
Step 3: Access Domain Settings
In the sidebar, click on the “Domain Settings” tab.
Step 4: Set the Forwarding Email
Under the Forwarding Email section:
Enter the email address where you want all incoming messages sent.
For example:
you@yourcompany.com
(hosted by Gmail or Outlook)Click “Save” to confirm the changes.
That’s it! All emails sent to mailboxes on this domain will now be forwarded to your specified address.
Best Practices for Email Forwarding
Use a monitored inbox: Make sure the target email (e.g., Gmail/Outlook) is actively monitored to ensure quick responses to warm leads.
Enable threading or labels in Gmail/Outlook to manage forwarded emails easily.
Test the setup by sending a test email to an Icemail-connected mailbox to ensure forwarding is working properly.
