Managing multiple cold outreach domains can be time-consuming—but with Icemail’s Bulk Edit feature, you can update key settings across many domains in just a few clicks. Whether you're configuring forwarding, catch-all, or DMARC settings, this guide will walk you through everything.
If you operate high-volume outreach or manage dozens of sending domains, bulk editing saves you time by letting you:
Configure Domain Forwarding, DMARC Email, Forwarding Email, and Catch-All Email across multiple domains
Ensure all domains meet best-practice standards for cold outreach
Avoid manually updating each domain one-by-one
Log into your Icemail account.
From the left sidebar, click on “Domains.”
Use the checkboxes to select all domains you want to update.
You can select one, several, or all of them depending on your need.
At the top of the domain table, click on the “Domain Actions” button.
From the dropdown, choose “Update Settings.”
A form will appear allowing you to bulk edit the following fields:
Domain Forwarding URL (e.g., https://yourbrand.com
)
DMARC Report Email (to monitor domain authentication health)
Email Forwarding Address (where all inbound emails should be sent)
Catch-All Email Address (to collect emails from mistyped addresses)
Once you're done entering your values, click “Save” to apply changes across all selected domains.
You’ve successfully updated domain details in bulk within Icemail. These settings help streamline domain-level configuration for deliverability, monitoring, and inbound message management.
Consistency is key: Keep DMARC and catch-all addresses consistent for better tracking and centralized monitoring.
Use filters in the domain dashboard to quickly sort domains by tag, status, or mailbox count before bulk editing.
Use Icemail tags to organize domains by campaign, client, or SDR team for easier bulk operations in the future.
