You can now choose which columns appear in your domain table. Whether you're managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC statuses or just want to track mailbox usage, this feature allows you to simplify your dashboard.

How to Use the Column Selection Feature

Step 1: Go to the Domains Dashboard

Log into your Icemail account and click on the “Domains” tab from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Click on the “Columns” Button

At the top-right corner of your domain table, you’ll see a button labeled “Columns.” Click it to open the customization menu.

Step 3: Select or Deselect Columns

You’ll now see a list of available columns.

Use the checkboxes to turn columns on or off
Choose columns like:
- Domain Name
- SPF/DKIM/DMARC Status
- Catch-All Email
- Forwarding Settings
- Warmup Status
- Connected Mailboxes
- And more…

Step 4: View Updates Instantly

Once you make your selections, the domain table will instantly update to reflect your preferences.

No need to click “save” — your settings are automatically saved and will persist even after logging out or refreshing the page.

Pro Tips

Use fewer columns to improve loading speed on large accounts.
Create views based on team roles—e.g., let your tech ops team view DNS records while SDRs see mailboxes and warmup status.
