Logging into your Google Workspace mailboxes directly is essential when testing deliverability, verifying setup, or integrating with third-party tools. This guide will walk you through how to securely retrieve your credentials and complete a manual login—using Icemail + Google Authenticator.
Go to your Mailboxes Dashboard.
Select one or more Google Workspace mailboxes you want to access manually.
Click the “Mailbox Actions” button.
Choose “Export Mailboxes”, then click “Export CSV File”.
You’ll receive a secure CSV file sent to your registered Icemail admin email.
Open the CSV file. It includes:
Email addresses
Passwords
Google Authenticator codes for 2FA login
Keep this file secure—it contains sensitive login credentials.
Visit https://mail.google.com.
Enter the email and password provided in the CSV.
When prompted for 2FA, go back to your Icemail dashboard.
Click “See More” on the right side of the selected mailbox.
You’ll see the current 6-digit Google Authenticator code.
Paste this code into the Google prompt to complete login.
Authenticator code expires every 30 seconds—if it fails, refresh and try again.
Make sure your browser is not auto-filling old credentials.
If login fails, reset the password via Icemail, export the CSV again, and retry.
