🛠How to Manually Log In to Microsoft Mailboxes via Icemail

Manually logging into your Microsoft 365 mailbox is essential when troubleshooting deliverability, accessing inbox settings, or integrating your account with third-party platforms. This guide walks you through the process using your Icemail dashboard and Microsoft's secure login system.

Prerequisites

You have an Icemail account
You have access to the email where the exported credentials will be sent
You're using a Microsoft 365 mailbox

Step-by-Step Login Process

Step 1: Go to the Icemail Mailboxes Dashboard

• Log in to your Icemail account.

• Navigate to the Mailboxes Dashboard.

• Switch to the Microsoft Workspace tab.

Step 2: Export Mailbox Credentials

• Select the mailboxes you want to access.

• Click “Mailbox Actions” → “Export Mailboxes”.

• Click “Export CSV File”, then confirm with “Continue”.

A secure CSV file will be sent to your admin email address containing:

• Email addresses

• Passwords

• Microsoft Authenticator codes (2FA)

Step 3: Open the CSV File

• Download and open the CSV file.

• Locate the email and password for the account you want to log in to.

Step 4: Go to Microsoft Admin Login

• Visit https://admin.microsoft.com

• Enter the email and password from the CSV.

Step 5: Use Microsoft Authenticator Code from Icemail

• Microsoft will now prompt: “Enter the code from your authenticator app.”

• Return to Icemail’s Mailboxes Dashboard.

• Find your mailbox, click “See More” on the right side.

• Copy the 6-digit Authenticator code (specific to that mailbox).

Important: The code refreshes every 30 seconds. Make sure to enter it promptly.

Success!

Once you enter the correct authenticator code, your mailbox will be successfully logged in. You can now:

• Access inbox messages

• Set up forwarding or filters

• Confirm deliverability

• Use the mailbox in third-party outreach tools

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Code expired? Refresh the authenticator code by clicking “See More” again.

• Invalid password? Re-export the CSV and confirm the latest credentials.

• Using multiple mailboxes? Repeat the steps per mailbox—each has a unique authenticator code.
