Manually logging into your Microsoft 365 mailbox is essential when troubleshooting deliverability, accessing inbox settings, or integrating your account with third-party platforms. This guide walks you through the process using your Icemail dashboard and Microsoft's secure login system.
You have an Icemail account
You have access to the email where the exported credentials will be sent
You're using a Microsoft 365 mailbox
Log in to your Icemail account.
Navigate to the Mailboxes Dashboard.
Switch to the Microsoft Workspace tab.
Select the mailboxes you want to access.
Click âMailbox Actionsâ â âExport Mailboxesâ.
Click âExport CSV Fileâ, then confirm with âContinueâ.
A secure CSV file will be sent to your admin email address containing:
Email addresses
Passwords
Microsoft Authenticator codes (2FA)
Download and open the CSV file.
Locate the email and password for the account you want to log in to.
Enter the email and password from the CSV.
Microsoft will now prompt: âEnter the code from your authenticator app.â
Return to Icemailâs Mailboxes Dashboard.
Find your mailbox, click âSee Moreâ on the right side.
Copy the 6-digit Authenticator code (specific to that mailbox).
Important: The code refreshes every 30 seconds. Make sure to enter it promptly.
Once you enter the correct authenticator code, your mailbox will be successfully logged in. You can now:
Access inbox messages
Set up forwarding or filters
Confirm deliverability
Use the mailbox in third-party outreach tools
Code expired? Refresh the authenticator code by clicking âSee Moreâ again.
Invalid password? Re-export the CSV and confirm the latest credentials.
Using multiple mailboxes? Repeat the steps per mailboxâeach has a unique authenticator code.
