What Can You Update?Using bulk editing, you can modify the following details for each selected mailbox:
First Name
Last Name
Username
Profile Picture
Steps to Edit Mailboxes in BulkLog in to your Icemail account and head to the Mailboxes section.
Use the checkboxes to select all the mailboxes you want to edit.
You can filter or sort by domain, status, or other metadata for easier selection.
After selecting mailboxes, click the “Mailbox Actions” button at the top.
From the dropdown, choose “Edit Mailboxes.”
A bulk editing interface will appear.
Update the desired fields for each mailbox:
First Name
Last Name
Username
Upload or choose a profile picture
Tip: You can copy/paste values between fields or use patterns (e.g.,
first.last@domain.com) for consistency.
After reviewing your updates, click “Save.”
All selected mailboxes will be updated immediately.
Done! Your mailboxes are now refreshed with new details.
