Log in to your Icemail account and click on the “Mailboxes” tab from the left-hand menu.
At the top of the Mailboxes dashboard, click the “Buy New Mailboxes” button.
You’ll be redirected to the purchase screen. Here's what to do:
Select a Plan: Choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
Enter Quantity: Type in how many mailboxes you want to buy.
Select Mailbox Type: Choose from:
- Google Workspace (Licensed Google Business Starter – Official Google Partner) — $2.50/mailbox/month, US IP - Microsoft 365 (Microsoft 365 Business Starter plan) — $2.50/mailbox/month, US IP - SMTP (Dedicated IP per domain, up to 10 mailboxes/domain) — Contact us for pricing - Azure (100 mailboxes per domain, $30/domain/month)
Review Pricing: All Google and Microsoft mailboxes are priced at $2.50/mailbox/month
Click “Pay Now” to complete your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, the new mailboxes will appear in your dashboard and can be assigned to any connected domain.

Assign Mailboxes Immediately: Head to the domain section to assign your newly purchased mailboxes.
