The Scheduled Mailbox feature allows you to queue the creation of mailboxes for your next billing cycle. This is ideal when you're close to account limits or want to plan mailbox provisioning ahead of time.
Instead of waiting until your next cycle to add mailboxes manually, you can schedule them in advance. Icemail will automatically create them when your new billing period begins.
You’ve hit the 24-hour limit for mailbox assignments.
You want to pre-plan your infrastructure for an upcoming campaign.
You need auto-provisioning aligned with your subscription billing cycle.
Go to the Mailboxes section from your Icemail dashboard.
Click on “Schedule Mailbox” in the left sidebar or the main Mailbox Actions menu.
Fill in the details:
First Name
Last Name
Username
Assign Domain(s)
Then click “Assign Mailbox” to confirm the schedule.
Click on “View Scheduled Mailboxes” from the same Mailbox section to see all pending mailbox assignments.
Mailboxes will be created after your next billing date, not immediately.
You can edit or remove scheduled mailboxes anytime before they're provisioned.
Ensure your plan is active and seats are available—scheduled mailboxes won’t be created if your subscription lapses or limits are exceeded.
Our support team is happy to assist if you have questions about scheduling, billing, or provisioning mailboxes.
