Exporting your mailboxes to Instantly enables seamless email outreach, powerful campaign control, and centralized email management—all with just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step: Export Mailboxes to Instantly

Step 1:

Head to the Mailbox Dashboard inside Icemail and select the mailboxes you wish to export by checking the boxes next to them.

Step 2:

Click on “Export Mailboxes” at the top.

Step 3:

From the platform list, select “Instantly.”

Step 4:

Click “Export” and log in using your Instantly account credentials.

Step 5:

If your Instantly account has multiple organizations, you’ll be asked to choose the destination organization.

Note: If you only have one organization, mailboxes will be exported there by default.

Step 6:

Once confirmed, you’ll see a success message. Your mailboxes will now be exported to the selected Instantly organization. They’ll appear shortly once processing is complete.
