🔗Connect Your Icemail Mailboxes to EmailBison

Easily export your mailboxes from Icemail to EmailBison using secure OAuth-based integration. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.

Exporting Mailboxes to EmailBison

Step 1: Select Your Mailboxes

From your Mailbox Dashboard, select the mailboxes you want to export and click Export Mailboxes.

Step 2: Choose EmailBison Platform

You’ll be directed to the Export screen. Find and click on EmailBison from the list of platforms.

Step 3: Enter Platform Credentials

You’ll be prompted to enter:

• Email

• Password

• App URL

• Client ID

• App Name

If you're unsure how to find the Client ID or App Name, follow the steps below.

How to Find Your Client ID

1. Log into your EmailBison account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Mailboxes section.

3. Click on Add Mailboxes.

4. Choose Google Workspace.

5. Select Google OAuth.

6. Your Client ID will be displayed there. Copy it for use in Icemail.

How to Find Your App Name

1. Go to admin.google.com and log in to your Google Admin Console.

2. Click on Configure New App.

3. Paste the Client ID in the search bar and press Enter.

4. Your App Name will be shown—copy this name exactly.

Final Step

With all required details (Email, Password, App URL, Client ID, and App Name), return to Icemail and complete the export process by clicking Export.

Notes

• Ensure all credentials are accurate for successful integration.

• Your exported mailboxes will appear in the Export History once ready.
