🔄 Step-by-Step: Log in Using Recovery Email

Step 1: Attempt Manual Login

Go to Gmail and enter your mailbox credentials.
If prompted with “Verify it’s you”, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Choose “Confirm Your Recovery Email”

⚠ Important: Select “Confirm your recovery email” — do not choose “Get a verification code.”

This ensures Google verifies your account using your configured backup email.

Step 3: Find Your Recovery Email in Icemail

1. Navigate back to the Icemail dashboard.

2. Go to the Mailboxes section.

3. Select the mailbox you're logging into.

4. Locate the “Recovery Email” field to view or set your backup email.

Step 4: Enter the Recovery Email in Google

Return to the Google login screen and type in your recovery email when prompted.
Click “Next” to continue.

Step 5: Access Granted ✅

Once verified, you’ll be logged into your mailbox immediately.
