Managing your billing details is simple and secure with Icemail. Whether you need to update your payment method, change your billing address, or download past invoices, this guide will walk you through everything step-by-step.
Go to Billing Settings
From your Icemail dashboard, navigate to the Billing tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Access the Billing Portal
Click on “View Invoice” or “Manage Billing” to open the secure Icemail billing portal.
Edit or Add Card Information
In the billing portal, click the Edit icon next to your current card details.
To add a new card, click “Add Payment Method”, enter your card information, and click “Update”.
Your payment method will now be updated for future billing cycles.
Go to the Billing & Shipping Info Section
In the billing portal, scroll down to the section titled “Billing & Shipping Information.”
Edit Billing Details
Click on “Update Information.”
Enter the updated billing address, company name, tax details (if applicable), and any other relevant information.
Save Changes
Once updated, click “Save” or “Update” to apply the new billing information instantly.
Scroll to the Invoices Section
At the bottom of the billing portal, locate the “Invoice History” section.
View or Download Past Invoices
You’ll see a list of all past invoices along with their dates, amounts, and statuses.
Click “View” or “Download PDF” next to any invoice for your records or accounting needs.
