Icemail offers a wallet credit system to help you manage mailbox renewals with ease. By adding funds in advance and enabling Auto-Topup, you’ll never have to worry about service interruptions or failed payments again.
Go to the Wallet Section
Log in to your Icemail dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Billing > Wallet.
Add Funds to Your Wallet
Click on the “Add More Balance” button.
Enter the amount you'd like to deposit (e.g., $50, $100, etc.).
Click “Add Balance”.
Complete the Payment
You’ll be redirected to the secure payment page.
Enter your card details and confirm the transaction.
Once complete, your wallet will be instantly credited, and you’ll see the updated balance in your dashboard.
Access Auto-Topup Settings
Go to Settings > Wallet.
Locate and enable the Auto-Topup toggle.
Edit Auto-Topup Preferences
Click on “Edit Auto-Topup” to configure your preferences.
Configure Your Settings:
Minimum Wallet Balance:
Set the threshold amount. If your wallet balance falls below this, an auto-topup will be triggered.
Example: $20
Auto-Recharge Amount:
Specify how much should be added when the threshold is reached.
Example: $50
Save Your Settings
Click “Update Auto-Topup” to activate.
