No Refund PolicyAll payments made to Icemail.ai are final. This includes:
Monthly or annual subscription charges
Mailbox setup or add-on service fees
Prepaid credits or wallet top-ups
We do not offer refunds, either full or partial, once a transaction is completed. We strongly encourage users to review their selections and plan terms before completing a purchase.
Note: This policy applies whether or not the service was used or accessed after payment.
Cancellation PolicyIf you decide to discontinue your service with Icemail:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard.
Cancellation will stop all future billing but will not refund any amount already paid.
Your service access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
For example:
If you cancel on June 10th and your plan renews on June 30th, you’ll retain access until June 30th with no further charges after that date.
