Whether you need to cancel your subscription, change your mind and revert a cancellation, or clean up your dashboard by deleting old subscriptions—this guide will walk you through the entire process.
If you decide to cancel your Icemail subscription, follow these steps:
Go to the Billing Section
Navigate to the Billing tab in the left-hand sidebar of your Icemail dashboard.
Click “See More”
Under the Active Subscription you'd like to cancel, click See More to view plan details.
Select “Cancel Subscription”
Scroll to the bottom and choose the Cancel Subscription option.
Confirm Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Confirm to complete the process.
Note: Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will occur after that.
Changed your mind? You can reactivate a scheduled-to-cancel subscription anytime before it officially ends.
Return to Billing
Open the Billing tab from your dashboard.
Find the Subscription Marked “Scheduled to Cancel”
Look for the subscription with that status under your billing history.
Click “Revert Cancellation”
This will immediately stop the cancellation process, and your plan will continue uninterrupted.
Note: You won’t lose any data, mailboxes, or settings during this process.
Want to tidy up your dashboard? You can permanently remove cancelled plans you no longer need.
Click the Bin Icon next to the cancelled subscription.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Deleting a cancelled subscription will erase all historical billing and plan data associated with it.
