Yes. When you onboard mailboxes through Icemail, you receive full access to the Google Admin Console for your domain. This allows you to manage users, security settings, groups, and more.
Absolutely. Icemail lets you add or update profile pictures for each mailbox. This helps improve trust and personalization in your cold outreach efforts.
We recommend 3 mailboxes per domain to ensure optimal deliverability and sending limits. However, depending on your strategy, 1–5 mailboxes per domain is also considered safe and effective.

It’s quick and easy:
Go to the Domains tab in your dashboard.
Select the domain you want to configure.
Click Edit, then add the URL where you’d like incoming traffic or emails to be redirected.
