Managing your cold email mailboxes efficiently is crucial for successful outreach. This guide covers the most frequently asked questions about mailbox setup, usage, and management within the Icemail platform.
Icemail offers four types of mailboxes:
Google Workspace – Licensed Google Business Starter mailboxes. Icemail is an official Google Partner. All mailboxes run on US IPs. Priced at $2.50/mailbox/month. Recommended: 2–3 mailboxes per domain.
Microsoft 365 – Microsoft 365 Business Starter plan mailboxes. All mailboxes run on US IPs. Priced at $2.50/mailbox/month. Recommended: 2–3 mailboxes per domain.
SMTP – Mailboxes with Dedicated IP per domain. Configure up to 10 mailboxes per domain. Send up to 50 emails/day per mailbox.
Azure – High-volume mailboxes at $30/domain/month for 100 mailboxes per domain. Send up to 10 emails/day per mailbox (5 cold + 5 warm). Includes automated DNS/DKIM/DMARC/SPF setup, 10-minute onboarding, 12-hour delivery, Priority Support, and a 21-day deliverability guarantee.
