Renewing your domain ensures uninterrupted cold email outreach and prevents your domain from expiring and becoming unusable.
14 days before expiry: renewal becomes available in your dashboard
15-day grace period: after expiry, you can still renew during this window
After grace period: expired domains are marked unusable and cannot be renewed
Only domains purchased through Icemail and within 2 months of expiry are eligible for renewal
Log in to Icemail → go to Domains → click Renewals from the sidebar or tab.
Select the domain(s) you want to renew, then click Renew Domain.
Renewal period: fixed at 1 year per renewal
Review the total cost shown on screen
Click Proceed to Payment when ready
Choose your payment method:
Wallet: use your Icemail wallet balance
Stripe: pay securely by card
Confirm the payment to complete renewal.
Renewal time is added to your existing expiry date, not the date of renewal.
Example: if your domain expires June 1, 2025 and you renew it, the new expiry date will be June 1, 2026.
