AI Auto-Filling creates realistic mailbox identities automatically, saving time when setting up multiple mailboxes for cold outreach.
Navigate to Mailboxes → Assigned → Assign Mailboxes → Auto-Fill Using AI tab.
Select your platform first: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Enter the number of mailboxes to create
Provide first and last names to use as a basis
Select the domain(s) to assign mailboxes to
Optionally enable AI profile picture generation, or upload custom pictures
The AI will generate email usernames, display names, and professional formatting automatically.
Select gender preference (Male, Female, or Both)
Choose ethnicity for more natural, human-like name generation
Specify the quantity of mailboxes
The AI generates first names, last names, and email usernames based on your selections.
When both genders are selected, you can adjust the male-to-female ratio to match your outreach persona mix.

Make manual edits if needed before confirming
Click "Assign Mailboxes" to place the order
Once an order is placed, it cannot be reverted or deleted. Please review all details carefully before confirming.
