Domains purchased through Icemail
Domains connected via direct integrations: Namecheap, Name.com, Dynadot, Spaceship, Cloudflare
Navigate to: Icemail dashboard → Deliverability → Deliverability Shield (left sidebar).
Select your domain and click Activate Deliverability Shield
Review the pricing details, protection features, and prorated billing information
Click Add Shield to confirm
Complete payment via Stripe (card) or Wallet
Protection activates immediately after payment is confirmed.
View your protected domains, subscription status, and renewal dates from the Billing section of your dashboard.
To cancel Deliverability Shield:
Billing → Deliverability Shield Tab
Click the three-dot menu next to the domain → Cancel Subscription
Check the terms checkbox → type "Cancel" in the confirmation field → confirm
Note: Protection stops immediately upon cancellation. No further charges will be applied.
