Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Mailshake lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Go to your Mailbox Dashboard in Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to export by checking the boxes beside each one.
Click "Export Mailboxes" at the top right.
Select "Mailshake" from the platform list, or choose SMTP/IMAP if Mailshake is not listed directly.
Note down the credentials shown: email address, password, SMTP host/port, and IMAP host/port.
Log in to your Mailshake account and go to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Email Account.
Choose your connection method:
For Google Workspace mailboxes: Select "Google" and sign in with your Icemail Google mailbox. If prompted, use an App Password.
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Select "Microsoft" and sign in with your Icemail Microsoft mailbox.
For SMTP mailboxes: Select "Other / SMTP" and enter:
SMTP Host: as provided by Icemail
SMTP Port: 587
Username: your mailbox email
Password: your mailbox password
Click "Save" or "Connect". Mailshake will verify the connection and add the mailbox to your account.
Repeat for each mailbox you exported from Icemail.
