Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Klenty lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Go to the Mailbox Dashboard in Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to export.
Click "Export Mailboxes" at the top of the page.
Choose "Klenty" from the integration list, or select SMTP/IMAP to get your credentials.
Log in to your Klenty account and navigate to Settings → Email Configuration → Add Email Account.
Select your mailbox type:
Google Workspace: Click "Connect Gmail" and sign in using your Icemail Google mailbox. Grant the requested permissions. If using 2FA, generate an App Password from your Google Account settings.
Microsoft 365: Click "Connect Outlook" and authenticate with your Icemail Microsoft mailbox.
SMTP: Click "Custom SMTP" and provide:
SMTP Server: as provided by Icemail
SMTP Port: 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
Username: your mailbox email address
Password: your mailbox password
IMAP Server and Port for receiving
Save the configuration. Klenty will verify the connection and add the mailbox.
Set your daily sending limits within Klenty. Icemail recommends a maximum of 15 cold emails per day per mailbox for Google and Microsoft mailboxes.
