Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Salesloft gives you access to powerful sales engagement cadences powered by your fully provisioned, US-IP Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Note: Salesloft connects via **OAuth** (Google or Microsoft sign-in). You will need your Icemail mailbox email address and password to complete the OAuth flow.
Identify the Icemail mailboxes you want to connect. Log in to your Icemail dashboard and note the email addresses and passwords for those mailboxes.
Log in to your Salesloft account.
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts or Your Profile → Email Settings (the exact path may vary by Salesloft version).
Click "Connect Email" or "Add Email Account."
Select your mailbox provider:
For Google Workspace mailboxes (from Icemail):
Select "Google"
Complete the Google OAuth flow using your Icemail Google Workspace email address and password
Grant Salesloft the necessary permissions
The mailbox will be linked and verified
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes (from Icemail):
Select "Microsoft"
Complete the Microsoft OAuth flow using your Icemail Microsoft 365 email address and password
Grant Salesloft the necessary permissions
The mailbox will be linked and verified
Configure your daily sending limits in Salesloft. Icemail recommends 15 cold emails per day per mailbox (plus 15 warmup emails via your warmup tool).
Repeat the process for each additional Icemail mailbox you wish to connect.
