Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to HubSpot Sales Hub Sequences lets you run automated email outreach directly through your licensed, US-IP Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Note: HubSpot connects email accounts via **OAuth** (Google or Microsoft). You will need your Icemail mailbox email address and password to complete the connection.
Identify the Icemail mailboxes you want to use for HubSpot sequences. Log in to your Icemail dashboard to access the mailbox email addresses and passwords.
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) → General → Email → Connect personal email (for individual mailboxes) or use the team inbox settings for shared mailboxes.
Click "Connect your personal email" or "Connect email account."
Choose your provider:
For Google Workspace mailboxes (from Icemail):
Click "Google / Gmail"
Sign in with your Icemail Google Workspace email and password via the Google OAuth window
Grant HubSpot the requested permissions (calendar, email, contacts)
Your mailbox will be connected
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes (from Icemail):
Click "Office 365 / Outlook"
Sign in with your Icemail Microsoft 365 email and password via the Microsoft OAuth window
Grant HubSpot the requested permissions
Your mailbox will be connected
Once connected, your email address will appear under Connected Email in HubSpot. You can now use it in Sales Hub Sequences by navigating to Sales → Sequences and selecting the mailbox when enrolling contacts.
Set responsible sending limits. Icemail recommends 15 cold emails per day per mailbox for Google and Microsoft mailboxes.
