Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to PersistIQ lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Go to your Mailbox Dashboard in Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to connect to PersistIQ.
Click "Export Mailboxes" to view your credentials (email, SMTP/IMAP details, password).
Log in to your PersistIQ account and navigate to Settings → Email Account.
Click "Add Email Account" or "Connect Mailbox."
Choose your connection method:
For Google Workspace mailboxes: Select "Gmail" and authenticate via Google OAuth using your Icemail Google mailbox credentials.
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Select "Outlook" and authenticate via Microsoft OAuth using your Icemail Microsoft mailbox credentials.
For SMTP mailboxes: Select "Custom SMTP" and enter:
SMTP Host: as provided by Icemail
SMTP Port: 587
IMAP Host: as provided by Icemail
IMAP Port: 993
Username: your mailbox email
Password: your mailbox password
Verify the connection. PersistIQ will send a test email to confirm SMTP is working.
Once verified, the mailbox is available for use in PersistIQ campaigns. Set your daily sending limit to 15 cold emails per mailbox per day.
