Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Growbots lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Log in to your Icemail dashboard and go to the Mailbox Dashboard. Select the mailboxes you want to use with Growbots.
Click "Export Mailboxes" and note your credentials: email address, SMTP/IMAP host, port, and password.
Log in to your Growbots account and navigate to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Account.
Choose the connection type:
For Google Workspace mailboxes: Select "Gmail" and authenticate with your Icemail Google Workspace credentials via Google OAuth. Use an App Password if 2FA is enabled.
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Select "Outlook / Office 365" and authenticate with your Icemail Microsoft 365 credentials via Microsoft OAuth.
For SMTP mailboxes: Select "SMTP" and enter the credentials provided by Icemail.
Growbots will verify the connection. Once verified, the mailbox is ready to use in outbound campaigns.
Set your daily email sending limit to 15 cold emails per mailbox per day as recommended for Google and Microsoft mailboxes.
