Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Outplay lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Log in to your Icemail dashboard and navigate to the Mailbox Dashboard. Select the mailboxes you want to connect to Outplay.
Click "Export Mailboxes" and make note of your credentials.
Log in to your Outplay account (outplayhq.com) and go to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Email Account.
Select your connection type:
For Google Workspace mailboxes: Click "Connect Gmail" and complete the Google OAuth flow using your Icemail Google Workspace email and password.
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Click "Connect Outlook" and complete the Microsoft OAuth flow using your Icemail Microsoft 365 credentials.
For SMTP mailboxes: Select "Custom SMTP" and enter the host, port, username, and password provided by Icemail.
Outplay will verify and confirm the connection.
Set your sending limit in Outplay to 15 cold emails per mailbox per day as recommended.
