Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Expandi lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Go to your Mailbox Dashboard in Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to use with Expandi.
Click "Export Mailboxes" and collect the credentials: email address, SMTP host, SMTP port, IMAP host, IMAP port, and password.
Log in to your Expandi account (expandi.io) and navigate to Settings → Email Accounts or Campaign Settings → Add Email.
Click "Add Email Account" and select "Custom SMTP / IMAP."
Enter your Icemail credentials:
Email Address: your Icemail mailbox address
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com (Google) or smtp.office365.com (Microsoft)
SMTP Port: 587 (TLS)
IMAP Host: imap.gmail.com (Google) or outlook.office365.com (Microsoft)
IMAP Port: 993
Password: your mailbox password (use an App Password for Google if 2FA is enabled)
Click "Save" or "Test Connection." Expandi will verify the SMTP/IMAP settings.
Once connected, assign the mailbox to your Expandi email campaigns and configure a daily sending limit of 15 cold emails per mailbox.
Tip: For Google Workspace mailboxes, generate an App Password from your Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → App Passwords and use that as the password in Expandi.
