Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Yesware gives you powerful email tracking, templates, and campaigns through your licensed Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Note: Yesware connects via **OAuth** (Google or Microsoft). You will need your Icemail mailbox email address and password to complete authentication.
Log in to your Icemail dashboard and note the email address and password for the mailbox you want to connect.
Go to [yesware.com](https://www.yesware.com) and log in to your Yesware account. Install the Yesware extension in your browser (Chrome or Outlook) if you haven't already.
Connect your email account:
For Google Workspace mailboxes (from Icemail):
In Yesware, sign in or connect via "Sign in with Google"
Enter your Icemail Google Workspace email address and password
Grant Yesware access to your Gmail account
Yesware will appear as a panel within your Gmail interface
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes (from Icemail):
Install the Yesware for Outlook add-in from the Microsoft AppSource
Open Outlook with your Icemail Microsoft 365 account
Authenticate Yesware with your Outlook account when prompted
Once connected, use Yesware's Campaigns feature under the Yesware dashboard to create email sequences. Select your connected Icemail mailbox as the sending account.
Set your daily sending limit to 15 cold emails per mailbox per day as recommended by Icemail.
