Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to Pipedrive allows you to sync your cold email activity with your CRM pipeline and use Pipedrive's email and campaigns features with your licensed, US-IP mailboxes.
Note: Pipedrive connects email accounts via **OAuth** (Google or Microsoft) or via **SMTP/IMAP** for custom mail servers.
Go to your Mailbox Dashboard in Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to connect to Pipedrive. Note your email address and password.
Log in to your Pipedrive account and go to Personal Preferences (your avatar) → Personal → Email → Add new email account, or navigate via Settings → Email Sync.
Click "Add Email Account" or "Connect Email."
Select your connection method:
For Google Workspace mailboxes (from Icemail):
Click "Google"
Sign in with your Icemail Google Workspace email and password via Google OAuth
Grant Pipedrive the requested permissions
Your mailbox will be synced to Pipedrive
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes (from Icemail):
Click "Microsoft"
Sign in with your Icemail Microsoft 365 email and password via Microsoft OAuth
Grant Pipedrive the requested permissions
Your mailbox will be synced to Pipedrive
For SMTP mailboxes (from Icemail):
Click "Other" or "Custom SMTP/IMAP"
Enter:
- SMTP Host and Port: as provided by Icemail - IMAP Host and Port: as provided by Icemail - Email address and password
Once connected, your Icemail mailbox emails will sync with Pipedrive. You can send emails, track opens and clicks, and use Pipedrive Campaigns directly from your connected mailbox.
If using Pipedrive Campaigns (email sequence feature), navigate to Campaigns → Email Campaigns and select your Icemail mailbox as the sending account. Set your daily limit to 15 cold emails per mailbox per day.
